expiriment

TermDefinition
weight is A measure of the pull of gravity.
measurement describes a quantity such as time, length, distance, mass, volume, or temperature.
experiment Is a test or trial that produces evidence you can use to help answer a question/hypothesis.
data collected information, the results of an experiment/investigation.
quantitative data data that includes numbers (with units)measured during an experiment.
qualitative data data that includes descriptions of things you observe.
hypothesis is an idea that can be tested by an experiment.
dependent variable the factor (thing) that is being measured or observed in an experiment.
independent variable is the factor (thing) that is being changed during an experiment.
control variable variable that stays the same during in experiment.
