WordDefinition
Dehumanization Treat a person as less than human by taking away basic human needs and rights.
Nazi German secret police and officers who mistreated the Jewish people in WWII.
Extermination To kill or eliminate a bad pest.
Concentration Camp Work camps where people were detained by Germans during WWII in terrible living conditions. Eventually became Death Camps.
Barracks The military word for living quarters.
Anti-semitism Words, actions, or beliefs held against the entire group of people (Semites) now called Jewish.
Persecution To target people for harm or consequences because they belong to a specific group.
