| 3rd Person Point of View | the narrator is not a character in the story but is outside looking into the story; uses pronouns such as he, they, them. |
| 3rd Person Limited Point of View | the narrator is not a character and can only share the events from a limited perspective (doesn’t know the thought/feelings of all the characters in the story |
