| Authority to issue.- If an applicant is licensed or registered to practice physical therapy in any other state, the Board may waive the examination requirements of this and issue a restricted license if the applicant: | Pays to the Board the restricted license fee set by the Board; (2) Submits to the Board an application on a form acceptable to the Board; and (3) Meets any other requirement set by the Board. |
