Chapter 2 8th Grade Math Vocab

QuestionAnswer
Coefficent The number that is in front of the variable.
Identity An equation that is true for every value for the variable.
Multiplicative Inverse Two numbers with the product of 1. When a fraction is flipped and the product equals 1 whole.
Null Set The empty set,or no solution.
Properties Statements that are true for any numbers.
Two step equation An equation that contains two operations.
