PAPI provides a summary of a member’s product package information and is for inquiry use only
PAAL displays all the agreements a person has participated in, either as a subscriber or as a member
PESL allows users to search for a specific member using personal and demographic information
CLIS FOR CPU- Shows the LIS effective and End dates as well as the % level
EPCR FOR CPU- View the members application information
ETCH This screen screen in the Customer Interface (CI) system displays a Medicare member’s election type code history
PAIG displays a member’s general information and the ETCand transmit status
TREC provides transmission and reply history
MREP displays replies received from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS
IPBD FOR CPU- used to find an individual medicare plan COntract and PDP#
UMID Displays a members unique member id with HUMANA
RVXR FOR CPU_ used to find the members Benefit and class , once found you them Select the plan and go to GBDM
GBDM Used to find the CONTRACT AND PDP number for a group medicare plan.
