C1-C3 | complete paralysis of trunk, UE, and LE. Dependence on respirator. |
C4 | paralysis of trunk, UE and LE (except scaula elevation |
C5 | total paralysis of trunk and LE. low endurance cuz of paralysis of intercostals and low resiratory reserve |
C6 | no elbow extension or ulanr wrist extension, endurance may be low, no active wrist flexion. Comple paralysis of trunk and LE |
C7 | limited grasp, release and dexterity. Complete paralysis of tunk and LE |
C8-T1 | Paralysis of LE, weakness of trunk control, low respiratory reserves |
T4-T9 | total paralysis of LE, partial trunk paralysis |
T10-L2 | paralysis of LE |
L3-L4 | cannot perform hip extension, knee flexion, or ankle and foot movements. May have weakness of ankle and foot |
L5-S3 | possible decrease in standing and walking tolerance modifications |
