Samudragupta | Expanded the Gupta Empire and ruled from 330 to 380 and allowed the conquered kings to remain in power |
Chandragupta II | Son of Samudragupta, he was the emperor from 380 to 415 |
Kalidasa | A poet and playwright who wrote the play "Shakuntala" |
