Diaphragm | A band of muscle that regulates the pressure in the chest cavity |
Mucus: | Sticky, wet material in your nose and other organs |
Circulatory System | An organ system that carries nutrients and other chemicals to the cells of the body and carries away waste; includes the heart, arteries and veins |
Heart | The organ responsible for pumping blood through the blood vessels of the body |

Fat | A type of substance found in food that gives the body the energy it needs |
Calorie | The amount of energy in foods. One Calorie is the same as 1 kilocalorie or 1000 calories |
