Question | Answer |
B | It is like the English “b” as in “bet”. It is less voiced then the English “b” at the beginning and in the middle of words, but like a “p” at the end. |
C | It has a “ch” sound as in “church”, Sounds like English “J” and “ch”. More like the “J” at the beginning of words. |
H | It has the same sound as the English “h”. |
K | It has the “g” sound as in “get”. It is a blend of “k” and “g”, but more like the “g” at the beginning of words and more like the “k” at the end. |
N | It has the same sound as the English “n”. |
S | It is the same sound as the English “s”, but never like “z” as in trees. |
3 | It is the symbol for the “th” sound as “three”, “bath” and “thin”. But never like the “th” sound as in “the or that”. |
T | It has the English “D” sound as in “dot”, at the beginning of words and blown “t” elsewhere. |
W | It is same as the English “w”. |
Y | It is the same as the English “Y”. |
