Public Speaking Model | Speaker sends a message to their audience while the audience listens and gives feedback to the speaker. The means by which the message/feedback are conveyed is called the channel. The context is the environment or situation in which a speech occurs.

Ethical Public Speaking | To be an ethical public speaker, you must consider the impact of your words and ideas and arguments on others when you enter the public dialogue

Communication Apprehension | The level of fear or anxiety associated with either real or anticipated communication with another person(s). There are two types of communication apprehension: Trait anxiety and State anxiety

What are the five different sources of communication in which we can engage? | Intrapersonal communication, interpersonal communication, group communication, mass communication, and public communication.

How to deal with nervousness | Know your speech, practice, do your research, deep breathing, have realistic expectations, find good connection points, be a good audience member, move around, visualize yourself, keep a positive attitude.
