Weight | Mass is relative to weight but is not the same thing. For example, an object in interstellar space is weightless, but it still has mass.

Surface Gravity | The Downward pull the planet exerts on objects at its surface.

Retrograde motion | As the earth passes superior planet, the surperior planet appears to move backward compared to the background stars. This is called retrograde motion.
