Subscript   The number to the bottom right of an element that tells how many atoms there are of that element.

Halogens   Group 7 (17) a highly reactive group of non-metals that makes compounds with Group 1.

Noble Gases   Group 8 (18) a group of non-reactive, non-metals that are all gases at room temperature.
