What are the 2 standard views for radiography of the thoracic spine?  1.AP thoracic 2.Lateral Thoracic  
What is carina and what should it measure?  It is the bifurcation of the trachea approximately at the T5 or T6 level where it splits into the right and left main stem bronchi. It shouldn't measure more than 90 degrees.  
Is the right bronchus or the left bronchus more vertically oriented?  The right is.
