DOMESTIC AFFAIRS  Matter of business having to do with one's home, family or country

STRAIT  A narrow waterway that connects to larger bodies of water  
IMMIGRATION  The process of people coming in to a new country by leaving their old country.

PRIMARY SOURCE  First hand account of an event by someone who actually saw the event or lived through it.  
INDUSTRIALIZATION  The process of becoming industrialized (using machines to manufacter goods)  
SECONDARY SOURCE  A second hand account of an event by someone who heard about it or studied it.
