What is a mid ocean ridge? A series of mountain ranges on the ocean floor.
What is sea floor spreading? Where new oceanic crust is formed by volcanic activity, then gradually moves away.
What's paleomagnetism? Magnetic polarization Aquired by the minerals in a rock at the time the rock was deposited.
