what is the Mitochondria? The Mitochondria Powerhouses all of the cells. convert energy into food molecules into energy that cells can use.
What does the Endoplasmic Reticulum do in the cell? The Endoplasmic Reticulum Carries proteins and other materials from one part of the cell to the other
Where are Ribosomes supoesed to do? The Ribosomes is where the proteins are produced.
What are the functions of the Golgi Bodies? the Golgi Bodies receive proteins and other materials , package them, and distributes them to other parts of the cell.
What is the Chloroplasts? the Chloroplasts is plants, bacteria, and algae (some) capture energy from the sun and uses it to produce food for the plant cells.
Chromatin Strands that contains genetic materials that instructs the cell how to grow.
Vacuoles A large water filled sac, stores food and other materials.
Lysosomes “cleanup crew” round structure containing chemicals that break down materials.
Resolution Sharpness of an image
Electronic Microscope Use a beam of electrons instead of light to produce a magnified image.
Organelles tiny cell structures that carry out specific functions.
A plant’s cell wall protects and supports the cell.
Cell Membrane controls what substances go in and out of the cells.
Nucleus control center of the cell like the brain.
Nuclear Envelope Membrane that protects the Nucleus
Nucleolus Is where ribosomes are created.
Cytoplasm a clear like jelly substance.
Cells Basic unit of structure and function of living things
Structure what organism is made of and how it is put together
Function Processes that enables an organism to stay alive and reproduce.
Cell Theory all living things are made of cells
All cells are produced from other cells.
