Constitutional Amendments

01 Freedom to petition government.
02 The right to bear Arms.
03 The housing of soldiers is not permitted without the consent of the owner.
04 Rights against unreasonable searches and seizures.
05 Grand Jury must indict you before being held to answer for a capital crime.
06 Right to a speedy and public trial.
07 Right to trial by jury in cases that exceed $20.
08 Excessive bail,fines, or cruel/unusual punishment is forbidden.
09 The rights of the people are not limited to those specifically listed in Constitution.
10 Rights not specifically given to the United States by the Constitution and not forbidden to the of states, are given to the states or to the people.
13 Slavery is abolished.
14 Equal protection of the laws shall be granted by the states to all persons born or naturalized in the United States.
15 Suffrage is granted to Africa Americans and any other person regardless of race or color.
18 The manufacture, sale, or transporting of liquor is forbidden.
19 Suffrage is granted to women.
21 The eighteenth Amendment is repealed (legally void).
22 President may only serve for two terms.
24 Suffrage may not be denied because of failure to pay a poll tax or any other tax.
26 Suffrage is granted to 18 year old persons.
