Enterprising | working with other people to achieve organizational goals or material outcomes. value political and econmic achievement and tend to be domineering, extroverte, self-confident, resourceful, and adventurous |
Conventional | like activites that involve working with data in systematic, orderly, and explicit ways. Value business and monetary achievement. Careful, conforming, efficient, inflexible, and practical. |
