internal oblique iliac crest and inguinal ligament and thoracolumbar fascia cartilage of last 3-4 ribs and linea alba togather compress abdomen and flex vertebral column singly laterally flexes vertebral column especially lumbar and rotates vertbral column thoracis spinal nerves t8 - t12 , iliohypogastric nerve and ilioinguinal nerve
transversus abdominis iliac crest inguinal ligament, lumbar fascia and cartilages of inferior 6 ribs xiphois process, linea alba, and pubis compresses abdomen thoracic spinal nerves t8- t12 iliphypogastric nerve and ilioguinal nerve
quadratus lumborum iliac crest and iliolumbar ligament inferior border of 12th rib and first 4 lumbar vertebrae togather... pull 12th ribs inferiorly during forced exhalation, fix 12th ribs to prevent their elevation during deep inhalation, and help extend lumbar portion of vertebral column , singly laterally flex vetebral column especially lumbar portion thoracic spinal nerve t12 and lumbar spinal nerve L1 - L3 or L1 - L4
