USASF Levels Revision

Level 1 Tumbling Rolls, Round offs, Walkovers. No dive rolls.
Level 1 Stunts Two leg - prep level. Single leg - below shoulder level. Mounts - 1/4 twist. No show&goes.
Level 1 Pyramids Two leg extension braced both sides. No cradles from extension. Single leg prep braced one arm connection made prior .
Level 1 Dismounts No twists. Pop downs & straight cradles.
Level 1 Tosses NOT ALLOWED.
Level 2 Tumbling Standing: up to single backhandspring. Running: Drive rolls allowed, series handsprings.
Level 2 Stunts Two leg - extension level. Single leg - prep level. Mounts - 1/2 twist. No release moves allowed.
Level 2 Pyramids Single leg extended level braced one arm connection made prior. Cradles allowed.
Level 2 Dismounts Pop downs from above waist assisted. 1/4 twist/straight cradles.
Level 2 Tosses Straight rides only.
Level 3 Tumbling Standing: up to series backhandsprings. No somersaults. Running: up to back tuck. Free cartwheels & Splats allowed.
Level 3 Stunts Single leg - extension level. Mounts - single twist to prep, half twist to extension. Release moves - below extended level, go & land from prep, single trick only. Inversions - shoulder level & below.
Level 3 Pyramids Release moves - braced both sides, single trick. Inversions - remain contact with base, shoulder&below.
Level 3 Dismounts Two leg - up to 1+quarter twist. Single leg - straight only.
Level 3 Tosses 1 trick allowed. Up to 1+quarter twist.
Level 4 Tumbling Standing: up to straight flip. Series flips not allowed. Jump to handspring. Running: up to 1 flip and 0 twist.
Level 4 Stunts Mounts - 1+half to prep, 1 to extension, half to lib. Release moves - ground level may land in extension, with no twist/flip. Inversions - down at prep. cartwheels allowed.
Level 4 Pyramids Changing bases allowed for non-inverted & one brace. 1+quarter flips allowed, braced both sides. 0 twists.
Level 4 Dismounts Two leg - 2+quarter twist. Single leg - 1+quarter twist. Two handed braced flip.
Level 4 Tosses 2 tricks. 1 trick + 1 twist. Up to 2+quarter twists.
Level 5 Tumbling Up to 1 flip + 2 twists. Jump to flip allowed.
Level 5 Stunts Mounts - up to 2 twists. Release moves - not above 18" extended arm. Return to original bases. Inversions - downward allowed.
Level 5 Pyramids Inversions - 1+quarter flips with half twist. Above half twist, 3/4 flip only. One brace required.
Level 5 Dismounts Up to 2+quarter twist. One handed braced flip.
Level 5 Tosses 4 tricks allowed. Up to 2+half twists.
Level 5 Restricted Tumbling 1 twist + 1 flip. Twist only after backhandspring. No tricks while twisting. No tumbling after twist.
Level 5 Restricted Pyramids Braced flips limited to 1+quarter flips + 0 twists.
Level 5 Restricted Tosses 3 tricks allowed. 2+twist or 1+2twists.
Level 6 Stunts Up to 2 twists. Free flipping is allowed up to 1 flip + 2 twists.
Level 6 Pyramids 3 layers, 2+half high. Spotter for every top person. Mounts - free flying from ground up to 1flip+1twist or 0flip+2twists.
Level 6 Dismounts Single base exceeding 1+quarter twists need extra spotter. 2+half twist from 2 high, 1+quarter from 2+half high. Free flipping allowed 1+quarter flip & 0 twist.
Level 6 Tosses Up to 1+1/4 flip & 2 skills/twists. Tuck, pike layout not counted as skills. LEGAL: Pike open double ILLEGAL: Tuck X-out double. Non-flipping up to 3&1/4 twists. Changing bases allowed 1+half twist & 0 flips (exception; front 3/4 swallow is allowed).
