What is "Spreadsheet"? It is a program that looks like a graph paper.
What is "Presentation Software"? It is a program used to create and show presentations from a slideshow.
What is an application? It is a software that you download so you can do various tasks.
What are icons? pictures or symbols that represents apps, shortcuts, folders, etc).
What are folders? icons used or organizing related fils/documents.
What is "Finder"? a software that helps you locate documents and all sorts of stuff in your computer.
What is the dock? a visual convenient tray where you put commonly used programs.
What is spotlight? a searching feature that finds all the stuff in your computer.
