An object’s direction and speed motion
The tendency of an object to remain in motion or to stay at rest unless acted upon by an outside force inertia

Energy in motion kinetic energy
How fast an object is moving speed
Stored energy an object has because of its position potential energy
A push or pull that causes an object to move, stop or change speed or position force
Force between surfaces that resists the motion of one surface past another surface. It creates heat. friction
The ability to do work, either to make an object move or to change matter. energy
