what are the three groups of mammals? Monotremes, Marsupials, and Placental mammals.
What do monotremes do? What is an example of a monotreme? They lay eggs. Platypus.
What do marsupials have? What is an example of a marsupial? pouches, hair, and mammary glands. Kangaroo and Opossum.
what are two things that placental mammals have? What is an example? placenta and umbilical cord (they are attached.)A horse.
What are endothermic animals? animals that can control their body heat by internal means.
What are ectothermic animals? Animals thats body heat is controlled by its surroundings.
Gove two examples of a cartilage fish? Shark and Ray.
Give an example of what a endothermic animal would do to try and cool itself down? sweating/panting.
What kind of animal is a frog Amphibian
What happens to tadpoles gills as they grow up? Skin keeps on growing on top so by the time they are a frog their gills have turnrd into lungs.
How many heart chambers does adult frog have? 3.
How many heart chambers does a baby frog have? 2.
