Fu Organs Yang organs - Hollow, digest and assimilate nutrients and eliminate wastes. Stomach, Gallbladder, Triple Heater, Small Intestine, Large Intestine, Bladder

Psychological characteristics of a parasympathetic nervous system Water element disharmony H20 Element is considered the foundation of the other elements. It is the basis of Yin and Yang in the body.
Jing Creates/sustains Yin form of the body. Essence - Root of Yin, or form & substance & the source of Water in the body. Roughly = our inherited constitution; Governs the development, decline of physical form over time, basic vitality, ability to procreate.
The Heart Enshrines Shen
Shen Consciousness, awareness, mind and spirit.
Shen Governs psychosocial aspects of being, memory, and sleep.
Heart influences psychosocial dynamics, including the appropriateness of behavior in terms of time, place and manner.
Pericardium Heart constrictor, <3 Master and <3 Governor - shares, reinforces <3 functions; assists with pumping blood; defends <3 against invasion; acts on behalf of <3 and supplements its functions; influences quality of social interactions, relationship dynamics.
Triple Heater Triple warmer, burner, Sanjaio
Physiological functions of Triple Heater regulates body temperature, transmitting vital energy from the kidneys to other organs, and defending against External Pernicious Influences.
Disorders of Triple Heater Thermal disorders (lack of warmth), poor resistance to infections, poor immunity against External pernicious Influences, and allergies.
Rebellious stomach Qi reversal of normal descending direction that manifests as nausea, hiccups, belching, acid reflux, and vomiting.
Kidneys House Jing and Ming-Men
Ming-Men life Gate Fire, Gate of Vitality, Original Qi, and Source Qi, is the root of Yang, or energy, in the body and the source of Fire or heat in the body. Pilot light that lights the fire of the other organs in the body.
Shen Disturbances frenzied thoughts, agitation, nervous excitability, hysteria, shock, delirium, unconsciousness, inappropriate or exaggerated emotional responses, maladjusted social interactions, amnesia, disrupted sleep, and troubling dreams.
Shen Disturbances a person will say or do something at the wrong time, in the wrong place, or in the wrong manner, making the person's behavior socially maladaptive, awkward, eccentric, or offensive.

Lung flows upwards - starting on chest in front of shoulder, ending in thumb
Large Intestine flows downwards - starting in index finger, ending at side of nostril
Stomach flows downwards - starts under eye, finishes in second toe
Spleen flows upwards - starts in big toe, finishes at side of chest
Heart flows upwards - starts under arm pit, finishes in little finger
Small Intestine flows downwards - starts in little finger, finishes in front of ear
Urinary Bladder Flows downwards - starts at inside corner of eye, finishes in little toe
Kidney Flows upwards - starts on sole of foot, finishes at top of chest
Heart Constrictor Flows upwards - starts beside nipple, finishes in middle finger
Triple Heater Flows downward - starts in fourth finger, finishes outside corner of eyebrow
Gall Bladder flows downward - starts at outside of corner of eye, finishes at 4th toe
Liver Flows upwards - starts in big toe, finishes on front of chest or below nipple
Du Flows upwards - starts at tip of tailbone, up midline of back and over the heart to the upper lip.
Ren flows upward - starts at perineum and up front of midline to bottom lip and chin.
