Polarity bodywork consists of these techniques: Gentle rocking, stretching, pressure sensitive touch based on energy flow. Consists of manipulations aimed at releasing tension and holding the physical body and balancing life energy.
How does Polarity view Nutrition? Polarity employs foods for specific beneficial effects for cleansing and rebuilding through high energy foods, herbal properties, good food combo's and matching foods with specific needs.
6)The Polarity "Health-Building" diet includes: Combining good food and absence of specific problem foods such as heated oils, processed foods, refined sugar, and caffeine.

Left side of the body represents : Cooling, contracting, moon, Yin, and receptive(inward) energy.
Joints are considered : Neutral; The neutrality allows the joints to be flexible.

Core current of Ether: North to South (head to pelvis to back)
Core current of Air: Transverse current (East to West)
Core current of Fire: Spiral current (diagonal shoulders to opposite hip)
Core current of Water: Splits the body in half: Right clockwise/Left counter-clockwise
Core current of Earth: Flows Zig-zag solid straight line from one side to another.
Each element relates and flows in a balance of positive+ and negative- attractions arising from a neutral center. Each element affects the other element.
When our thoughts, emotions, physical body is out of alignment this occurs: Energy imbalances appear as physical, mental, and emotional discomfort or pain
27)Satvic(Satvas) Light touch: Neutral energy, perfect balance from which all energy begins. Place where healing occurs, first and last touch.
28)Rajas (Rocking, stimulating, rigorous) : Outwardly directed energy, Yang, active, electric, a "doing" sort of energy, represented as anger/chaos/crisis in clients.
29)Tamas (Deep, penetrating, dispersing) : Inwardly directed energy, Yin, watery/earthy, receptive, magnetic, reaches into a clients individual history of emotional/physical hurts.
30)Unwinding: Occurs as a reflex to intuitive touch. Client may experience a deep sense of relaxation and tension melt away as a result of the autonomic nervous system response.
