Bill of Information A written accusation by a prosecutor in court accusing one or more persons of committing one or more crimes
Simple Battery Unlawfully touching another person with force or violence
Aggravated Battery Battery committed with a dangerous weapon

Grand Jury Panel of 12 citizens who serve for six months and decide if there's enough evidence to indict a person for a crime
Witness Person who saw or heard events related to the event that is being tried in court

4th Amendment Protects against unreasonable searches and seizures by the government, however, is not a guarantee against all searches and seizures, but only those that are deemed unreasonable under the law
5th Amendment Protects criminal defendants from having to testify if they may incriminate themselves through the testimony
6th Amendment gives citizens a series of rights in criminal trials: right to a fast & public trial by an impartial jury, to be aware of the criminal charges, to confront witnesses during the trial, to have witnesses appear in the trial, & right to legal representation
