Habit 4: THink-Win-Win basic principle of successful living: You can’t win unless others win also. Key to getting along with others.
Paradigms of Human Interaction: 1. WIn-Lose Don't want help from others, always trying to be on top. Think you're better then others, and their work.
2. Lose-Win Always getting "stepped" on, very insecure. Bury feelings, get taken advantage of.
3. Lose-Lose Can't let anyone win if you aren't winning. Revenge seeking, we all go down, if I'm going down.
4. Win Only think of yourself, Do not care if others win as long as you do. Ignores the fact that life is a team sport.
5. Win-WIn/No Deal Want both sides to win. Want to work together for a better outcome, and for both sides to be happy.
Balance Courage with Consideration People who think Win-Win live by these two principles.
People with Win-Win mentalitly usually are.... Happy for the success of others. Genuinely glad to see other people succeed.
