Win-Lose Always trying to get ahead of others. You can't win unless other people lose.
Lose-Win You say yes too fast, easily taken advantage of, and bury your feelings.
Lose-Lose If you can't win, nobody wins. You get revenge and put other people down.
Win-Win or No Deal You go for the win or no deal.
Lose-Win on Courage and Consideration Matrix High in consideration, low in courage. Eager to please and reluctant to stand up for yourself.
Lose-Lose on Courage and Consideration Matrix Low in both courage and consideration. You don't care if other people lose, and don't have the courage to stand up for yourself.
Win-Lose on Courage and Consideration Matrix Low in consideration, high in courage. Inconsiderate, unkind, and unsympathetic. You want to be the best even if you hurt others.
Win-Win or No Deal on Courage and Consideration Matrix High in courage and consideration. Go for the win, but ready to walk away before someone loses.

Withdrawal When you do something that hurts the relationship.

Do Small Act of Kindness for Other Person's EBA Treat people with kindness, be courteous and respectful.
Keep Promises for Other Person's EBA Make good on your word, don't break promises
Keep Confidences for Other Person's EBA When someone shares something with you in confidence, don't spread it around.
Be Loyal to the Absent for Other Person's EBA Avoid gossiping or backbiting, stick up for people.
Set Clear Expectations for Other Person's EBA Don't leave things fuzzy, follow through on what's expected.
Apologize to Make Deposits for Other Person's EBA If you're wrong, admit it, say sorry.
