What are homologous structures? Similar arrangements of bones in organisms
What is an example of a homologous structure? Having similar arm bone arrangements
Who is DNA passed from? Parents
What does DNA allow us to Identify? Organisms common ancestors and relatives
What can we observe with the development of the embryo? They all have similar traits
What are some similar features in the embryonic stage that we see amongst other organisms? Backbones, Gills, and tails
What trait do all fish, birds, reptiles, mammals and amphibians possess? Backbones
What was the first step to becoming human? What allowed this to happen? walking
What is one adaptation that humans developed through evolution? Human brain size, angle of the face, and bone size
