balance courage with consideration Think win-win is essential to your meaningful life.
Win-lose Having an attitude of "I don't care how good I am as long as I am higher than you" Competitve in a negative way. Results in being lonely.
Lose- win Having an attitude of "Have your way with me. Wipe your feet on me. Everyone else does." in the long run they have low self-esteem, low expectations of themselves and give in to peer-pressure and never reach their real dreams.
lose-lose Having an attitude of "If I'm going down, then you're going down with me." A downward spiral, enemy-centered, codependent, no one achieves anything.
win-win Having an attitude of "there's plenty of success to go around." Wanting others to succeed as you work toward your goals.
make deposits " emotional bank accounts" make deposits of kindness and helpfulness into other peoples emotional bank accounts. its easier to make ne friends and build strong relationships.
small acts of kindness do kind things to others.
keep promises be good on your word and be careful when using the words " i promise " or "i commit "
keep confindences be careful about what you say when someone tells you something in confidence .
be loya to the absent avoid gossiping and backbiting.
set clear expectation be clear of how things will work around. Ex: i make dinner and you wash dishes.
apologize admit you are in the wrong before things turn into something bigger.
forgive learn to forgive and forget so you wont keep hurting yourself the way you were hurt
