What is Anatolia also known as? Asia Minor
Who were the two great kings of the Hittites? Hahushili and Suppiliulimas
Who wretched the Hittites? The sea people
Who came after the Hitittes? The Greek Colonies
Why were the Persians famouse for? Conqureing the Neo-Babylonians
How did they do it? They build rivers through the Ephraties river to lower the water level to then sneak under the Babylonian city and attack them
How big were the Persians? Roughly the size of the United States
Who was one of the famouse kings that GOD used? Cyrus (Isaiah 45:1-7)
How was Cyrus used? He was used in GOD´s plan, because he provided for the Jewish people by letting them go back to their homeland and rebuild the temple
What are satraps? Territores within the empire that Cyrus appointed, also known as Satrapies (or who was incharge)
Royal Road is what? It exstended from Lydia to Susan where Cyrus resided
Standing Army When an empire or nation has an army ready on demand
What was the Persians religon? Zoroastriansims (the second monotheistic religon)
Dualisim When you have two sides with equal strength battling eachother (example--> light vs. Dark, or Ying vs. Yang)
