Biceps Femoris-insertion lateral side of the fibular head, lateral condyle of the tibia
Biceps Femoris-action entire muscle flex the knee, laterally rotate flexed knee and hip. Long Head:extend the hip, posterior tilt of the pelvis
Biceps Femoris-nerve tibial & common fibular portion of the sciatic nerve L5-S2
