Atahualpa The Incan leader who paid silver and gold to Pizarro to save his own life, but was killed

What do the Maya, Aztec and Inca people all have in common? They all believed in gods and goddesses, they made human sacrifices to the gods, they farmed, they built things like roads, pyramids, temples, they all lived in what is now Latin America.
What happened to the Aztecs and Incas when Spanish conquistadors arrived in their land? The Spanish took over the land, made the natives slaves, and killed the leaders.
