Think win win

Win Win Unless other people win you, you don't truly win.
Win Lose High on courage and low on consideration.
Lose Win Low on courage and high on consideration.
Lose Lose If you can't win, nobody wins.
Win Win or No Deal Willing to walk away before someone loses including yourself. Balancing courage and consideration is the way to help others feel good and for you to feel good too.
Make Deposits in Other People's Emotional Bank Accounts Be kind and helpful to people, by doing this it's easier to make new friends and build strong relationships.
Find Out What a Deposit is for the Other Person What you think is a good thing or a benefit for one person may be the opposite so you must communicate to figure it out.
Do Small Acts of Kindness Treat people with kindness no matter how small the act is.
Keep Promises Be dependable and make good on your word.
Keep Confidences When someone shares something with you in confidence keep it that way.
Be Loyal to the Absent Avoid gossiping and stick up for your friends or people you know if you hear them getting talked about badly even if they're not present.
Set Clear Expectations Don't leave things fuzzy make your point clear and follow through with whats expected.
Apologize If you're in the wrong take accountability.
Forgive Learn to forgive and forget so that you don't keep hurting yourself the way you were hurt.
