How do you sharpen your social-emotional saw? Connect with professors, expand relationships, build friendships, date intelligently, and take time for yourself.
Module 18 Renew Your Mind and Spirit
What is the Main Point of Module 18? I can keep my mind and spirit healthy by becoming a lifelong learner and staying in touch with my life purpose.
How do you sharpen your mental saw? Stay well-rounded and be a lifelong learner.
How do you sharpen your spiritual saw? Reflect on personal mission statement and goals, meditate, spend time in nature, listen to inspiring music, write poetry, doing service, think deeply, and write in a journal.
