Win-Lose Being high on courage and low on consideration. .
Lose-Win Being low on courage and high on consideration.
Lose-Lose If you can't win, nobody wins. Putting other people and yourself down.
Win-Win or No Deal Being high in courage and consideration. Being able to walk away before someone loses, including yourself.
Module 12 Make Deposits in Other People's' Emotional Bank Accounts (EBAs)
What is the Main Point of Module 12? I can make deposits of kindness and helpfulness into other people's EBAs. When I do this, it's easier to make new friends and build strong relationships.
How do you make a deposit in someone's EBA? Find out what is a deposit for the other person. What you think is deposit they may view as a withdrawal. (COMMUNICATE)
What are examples of deposits? Small acts of kindness, keeping promises, keeping confidences, being loyal to the absent, setting clear expectations, apologizing, forgiving.
