What is the main point of mutual benefit? It can build effective relationships by working on both of their benefit.
Win-Lose High on courage and low on consideration. You can't win if someone doesn't lose.
Lose-Win Low on courage and high on consideration. Saying yes too fast and not being able to stick up for yourself.
Lose-Lose Nobody wins if you can't win. Envy and criticizing others.
Win-Win or No Deal Balance of courage and consideration. Both sides win. Makes others and yourself feel good.
What is the main point of Emotional bank accounts? Making deposits of kindness and helpfulness makes it easier to build stronger relationships.
Deposit Something that helps the relationship.
Withdrawal Something that hurts the relationship.
First Deposit Find out what the deposit is for that person.
Second Deposit Do small acts of kindness. Create connections.
Third Deposit Keep promises and don't break it.
Fourth Deposit Keep confidences. When someone shares something, keep it to yourself.
Fifth Deposit Don't talk about people behind their back.
Sixth Deposit Set clear expectations.
Seventh Deposit Apologize and admit you're in the wrong.
Last Deposit Forgive and Forget. Don't hold a grudge.
