4th paradigm of habit 4? Win-Win / No Deal.
Example of Win-Lose quote? I can't win unless other people lose.
Example of Lose-Win quote? I'm not brave enough to stick up for myself.
Example of Lose-Lose quote? If I go down, you're going down with me.
Example of Win-Win / No Deal quote? we're going to win together.
What is the secret to a great relationship? Balancing courage and consideration.
