Meiosis | A type of cell division that results in four daughter cells each with half the number of chromosomes of the parent cell, as in the production of gametes and plant spores |
Anaphase of Mitosis | *Fourth Phase* Chromosomes break at centromere and sister chromatids move to opposite sides of the cell. |
Prophase of Mitosis | *First Stage* The chromosomes become visible as paired chromatids and the nuclear envelope disappears. |
