ECG: What identifies RAD on ECG? What is the differential for RAD? QRS downward in lead I and upright in lead AVF. RVH, PE, COPD, Lateral MI, WPW, LPFB
ECG: What is the differential of a short PR interval? WPW (delta wave), junctional rhythm.
ECG: What is the differential of prolonged QTc? Drugs (amiodarone, sotalol, antibiotics (levofloxacin, azithromycin), hypocalcemia, hypothyroidism, hypothermia, ICH.
ECG: What is the ECG finding of P pulmonale? Tall P wave > 2.5 mm in lead II
ECG: What are the ECG findings of LAE? Wide P wave > 2.5 mm in lead II (P mitrale), biphasic or negative P wave in V1 > 1 mm.
ECG: What are the ECG criteria for RVH? What is the differential for RVH? R/S ratio in V1 > 1, R in V1 or S in V5-6 > 7 mm. COPD, PS, TGA, ASD, VSD, Tetralogy of Fallot, MS, TR.
ECG: What are the ECG criteria for LVH? What is the differential for LVH? S in V1-2 + R in V5-6 > 35 mm or largest R OR S wave in limb leads > 20 mm OR S in V1-2 or R in V5-6 > 30 mm. HTN, HCMP, AS/AI, coarctation of the aorta.
