Verbal grammar rules
Classification of words | Explanations and examples |

Collective nouns (a team, a family, an army, a jury, a company, a majority, a society) | Always follows singular - has/is |
reflexive pronoun (myself, himself, -self) | 1. Used when the person performing and receiving the action are the same 2. To put emphasis (He did this to himself) |
Indefinitely pronouns (everyone, someone, no one, anyone, everybody, somebody, nobody, anybody everything, something, anything, nothing all, many, more, most, much, several, some, few, both, one, none, each, either, neither, another, any, other) | Always are singular (including everyone, each) |
Memorize Tip - Singular | if the pronoun ends with -one, -thing, or -body {anybody, everyone, something, etc.), it's singular. Even more importantly, the word each is singular. |
