balanced forces Two forces acting in same directions in an object , and equal in size.
Friction The resistance that one surface or object encounters when moving over another.
Static friction Lacking into movement, action, or change.
Sliding friction Moving along a smooth surface while maintaining continuous contact with it.

free fall The motion of a falling when the only force is acting on its gravity.
air resistance The fluid friction experienced by objects falling through the air.

compression An elastic force that squeezes or pushes molecules in matter together.
tension An elastic force that stretches or pulls on the molecules in matter.
