BASKETBALL A GAME PLAYED WITH A LARGE ROUND BALL ON A RECTANGULAR COURT BY 2 TEAMS OF 5 PLAYERS EACH.TO SCORE A GOAL A PLAYER MUST THROW THE BALL THROUGH A RAISED BASKET AT THE OPPONENT'S END OF THE COURT.
FOOTBALL A GAME PLAYED BY 2 TEAMS OF 11 PLAYERS EACH ON A LARGE FIELD WITH GOALS AT EACH END. EACH TEAM TRIES TO MAKE POINTS BY CARRYING OR KICKING THE BALL ACROSS THE OTHER TEAMS GOAL
VOLLEYBALL A GAME IN WHICH 2 TEAMS STAND ON EITHER SIDE OF A HIGH NET AND HIT A LARGE BALL BACK AND FORTH.EACH SIDE TRIES NOT TO LET THE BALL TOUCH THE GROUND.
SOCCER A GAME IN WHICH PLAYERS TO MOVE A BALL INTO A GOAL BY KICKING IT OR STRIKING IT WITH ANY PART OF THEIR BODY EXCEPT FOR THEIR ARMS OR HANDS. SOCCER IS PLAYED BY 2 TEAMS OF 11 PLAYERS EACH.
TENNIS A GAME IN WHICH 2 OR 4 PLAYERS HIT A BALL OVER A NET WITH A RACKET. TENNIS IS PLAYED ON COURTS OF GRASS, CLAY, CONCRETE, OR OTHER MATERIAL.
GOLF A GAME PLAYED OUTDOORS ON A SPECIAL COURSE. IT IS PLAYED WITH A SMALL HARD BALL AND A SET OF THIN LONG CLUBS WITH IRON OR WOODEN HEADS. THE OBJECT OF THE GAME IS TO HIT THE BALL INTO A SERIES OF HOLES WITH AS FEW STROKES AT THE BALL AS POSSIBLE.
CROQUET AN OUTDOOR GAME PLAYED WITH STICKS CALLED MALLETS THAT ARE USED TO HIT THE WOODEN BALLS ALONG THE GROUND AND THROUGH WIRE HOOPS CALLED WICKETS.
BOXING THE SPORT OF FIGHTING WITH FISTS AND LOTS OF PUNCHING.
WRESTILING A SPORT WHICH 2 PEOPLE STRUGGLE HAND TO HAND AND TRY TO FORCE EACH OTHER TO THE GROUND.
