normal urine has a color of pale yellow to deep golden
the clarity of normal urine is clear
normal should should smell strong but not bad
normal urine has a specific gravity of 1.003-1.030
this represents relative acidity or alkalinity of a solution pH
normal urine pH is 6.0 which is slightly acidic
normal urine does not contain the folowing protien;glucose or ketones
cessation of urine production anuria
painful urination dysuria
urinary incontinence at night enuresis
presence of blood in the urine hematuria
scanty urine out put oliguria
excessive thirst polydipsia
abnormally large amounts of urine polyuria
pus in the urine pyuria
need to void immediately urgency
inflammation of the urinary bladder cystis
