Co-Teaching

Accommodation Supports and services provided to help a student access the general education curriculum

Inclusion A type of education where students with special needs spend the majority of their time, if not all, in the same classroom as students with no special needs.

Lead and Support One teacher teaches and another circulates helping students.
Station Teaching Individually planned content delivered separately by each teacher. Halways thru class they switch.
Parallel Teaching Planning together, 2 groups, content delivered consistent.
Alternative Teaching Joint planning, equal content knowledge, but one teacher teaches the large group while the other teaches the small group.
Team Teaching Joint planning and both teachers deliver instruction together as one.
