Maria | Dark, flat regions on the moons surface |
Core | The central part of the sun where nuclear fussion |
Coment | (Dirty snowball) A ball of ice and dust whose orbit is usally a long, narrow ellipse it has a glowing tail up to 100 million miles long. |
Asteroids | Object revoling around the sun that are too small and too numberous to be consciderd a planet. |
Asteroid Belt | The reigon of the solar system between the orbits of mars and jupiter where many astroides are found. |
Meteoroid | A chunk of rock or dust in space. |
Meteorite | A metoriod that hit Earth's surface. |
Space Station | A man made laboratory orbiting the Earth. |
