How does the temperature affect cycling rates? High temperatures= faster cycling of nutrients or vice versa
What is a human inpact on ecosystems? Agriculture, fossil fuels, biological magnification
How does agriculture affect ecosystems? Fertilizers (+) replace what is missing and (-) extra fertilizer damages the ecosystem.
How does fossil fuels affect ecosystems? Burning fossil fuels can cause acid precipitation.
How does biological magnification affect ecosystems? Buildup of poisons and heavy metals in organisms
How does the rise of carbon dioxide affect the atmosphere? it can cause the global temperature to increase.
How does the greenhouse effect our average temoerature? When we pollute the greenhouse gases, it causes the average temperature and causing glaciers to melt making sea levels rise each year
What does the ozone do? it protects us from the harmful ultraviolet rays that the sun gives off
What can ultraviolet raddiation do do your skin without protection? Ultraviolet radiation causes your skin to burn and can even cause skin cancer
