These are the words we are using for our light unit.

Reflection The bouncing of light off other object
Refrection The bending of light as it passes from one material to another
Translucent Relating to an object that reflects some light, and transmits some light
Transparent Relating to an object that allows most of the light hitting it to pass through
Opaque Not allowing light to pass thorugh
Luminous Producing light
Light Rays A straight line in which light travels from a source
Absorption When an object soaks in something like a sponge
Medium A substance that light travels through
Color Perception How a person sees color
