lacerations Deep cut o tear in the skin

excoriations wearing down the skin, or irritated
fissures split or crack something to form a long narrow opening. "the skin becomes dry, fissured, and cracked"
papules a small, raised, solid pimple or swelling, often forming part of a rash on the skin and typically inflamed but not producing pus.
vesicles a small fluid-filled bladder, sac, cyst, or vacuole
pustules a small blister or pimple on the skin containing pus
punctures piercing or penetrating with a pointed object or instrument
avulsions injury in which a body structure is forcibly detached from its normal point of insertion
abrasions an area damaged by scraping or wearing away.
ulcers an open sore on an external or internal surface of the body, caused by a break in the skin or mucous membrane that fails to heal.
Animal parasites animal that lives in or on another (the host) from which it obtains nourishment.
Fungal infections An infection caused by fungi, such as athlete's foot and chlamydia
Herpes simplex a viral infection, caused by a group of herpes viruses, that may produce cold sores, genital inflammation, or conjunctivitis.
Staphylococcus infections staphylococcus bacteria, types of germs commonly found on the skin or in the nose of even healthy individuals. Staph infection usually include a collection of pus, such as a boil,
Streptococcus infections Streptococcal infections are any type of infection caused by the Streptococcus bacteria. There are many different types of infections vary in severity from mild throat infections to pneumonia.
Warts a small, hard, benign growth on the skin, caused by a virus.
Acne rosacea condition in which certain facial blood vessels enlarge, giving the cheeks and nose a flushed appearance.
Acne vulgaris The common form of acne, in teens and young adults, that is due to overactivity of the oil (sebaceous) glands
Dermatitis/eczema condition of the skin in which it becomes red, swollen, and sore, sometimes with small blisters, resulting from direct irritation of the skin
Seborrheic keratosis are noncancerous (benign) skin growths that some people develop as they age. They often appear on the back or chest
Skin cancer development of abnormal cells that have the ability to invade or spread to other parts of the body.
Burns Decubitus ulcers Scar tissue an injury caused by exposure to heat or flame.
Decubitus ulcers proper term for bed sores. Ulcer on the skin,
Scar Tissue connective tissue forming a scar and composed chiefly of fibroblasts in recent scars and largely of dense collagenous fibers in old scars.
